When it awarded Better Tennessee magazine first place as the “Best Print Publication,” the Ragan 2015 Content Marketing Awards called it, “content marketing at its best.”
It is always nice to get recognized for our work. It is even more satisfying when it is in a national competition with entries from Fortune 500 companies.
Better Tennessee magazine is part of a multi-platform (web, social, email) program developed and executed by Parthenon Publishing. Through these different media platforms, we celebrate the people and organizations dedicated to improving the health of Tennesseans. We explore health issues facing the state and highlight solutions for creating better communities.
The team here at Parthenon is passionate about our work for Better Tennessee. I see it in how they approach their work every day. I know for them, it’s not just an article to write, a photo to be taken or a post to be published. It is about telling an important and compelling story that engages, educates and inspires its readers.
It isn’t just me saying this. In its assessment of the magazine, Ragan said, “Better Tennessee is a superb magazine, conceived and executed with passion and skill, demonstrating over and over the supreme power of stories well told.”
