Parthenon Announces Promotion and Addition of Two New Employees
Parthenon Publishing has promoted Angela Wright to the position of director of Web development. Angela joined Parthenon in October 2005 as Web account manager. Prior to joining Parthenon, Wright was a Web designer and information architect for Huntsville Hospital Systems, where she managed their Intranet, two hospital Web sites and six hospital affiliate Web sites. Wright received her Bachelor of Arts degree and later her Computer-Mediated Communications certificate, with honors, from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Greg Siedschlag has joined Parthenon Publishing as Web content manager. Before joining Parthenon, Siedschlag was a marketing assistant at Synaxis Polk & Sullivan. Siedschlag has served as a contributing writer, columnist and editor for numerous publications, including Metro Pulse (Knoxville, Tenn.), Media Life Magazine and the University of Tennessee student daily, The Daily Beacon. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, completing a double major in English literature and history.
Sarah Carlos has joined Parthenon Publishing as associate account manager. Prior to joining Parthenon, Carlos was a temporary editorial assistant and subscription manager for the Sewanee Review, and completed internships with Atkinson Public Relations and the Springfield Museum of Art. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts with an English minor from Wittenberg University.
