Road King Earns Ozzie Award
Parthenon Publishing has been awarded a 2006 Silver Ozzie award for the September/October 2005 cover of Road King magazine. The Ozzies honor outstanding magazine design, and are awarded by Folio magazine, a trade publication for magazine professionals.
Road King tied for second place in the custom magazine category of Best Use of Digital Imagery for its September/October 2005 cover illustration, which highlighted a story on the rise of satellite technology. The magazine shared silver honors with US Airways magazine, while first place was awarded to Subaru DRIVE magazine. More than 2,200 entries from consumer, business-to-business and custom magazines were submitted this year.
