MissionPoint Health Partners is a system of health care providers and facilities dedicated to improving the health status of our community, reducing health care costs, and improving the patient experience.
MissionPoint offers a number of health-related services to its members, including several that some new members may not have had with their prior healthcare team. To help members learn about MissionPoint and also learn new ways to live healthier lives, MissionPoint partnered with Parthenon to create Navigator, a health and wellness packed newsletter for MissionPoint members.
The newsletter not only informs members about key MissionPoint features, it also includes helpful infographics that can help members navigate the sometimes complex world of healthcare. The newsletter also updates members on new healthcare providers and companies that are available to MissionPoint members. With engaging content and graphics, the newsletter helps connect members with MissionPoint while delivering key information members need.
