MetroWest Medical Center in Boston needed a way to connect with their community about cardiac care. They wanted to make sure that when a heart emergency arose, people would trust their care to MetroWest rather than assuming they need to go to Boston for quality care. We conceived, designed and wrote a consumer-focused eNewsletter to build that trust in their cardiac expertise.
