YOU Magazine is the employee magazine of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), a leading national provider of healthcare. Based in Nashville, Tenn., HCA is composed of locally managed facilities that include approximately 166 hospitals and 112 outpatient centers in 20 states and England.
HCA’s corporate communications team asked Parthenon to take over the production of their employee magazine, in order to raise the publication’s standard of writing and design. Parthenon works closely with HCA leadership and staff to craft a publication that reflects the company’s people, news, events and other stories that illustrate HCA’s mission and values.
In writing and designing this 16- to 20- page publication, Parthenon helps HCA communicate and strengthen its company values, initiatives and corporate identity to the 160,000 employees who work in HCA-affiliated facilities across the country.
