Successful company communications require more than a strong message; you also have to know which channels will reach your audience and how you can make your message resonate.
With editorial, social media and communications strategy experience, Maggie knows how to do all of the above.
In her role as Client Associate, Maggie understands how to evaluate a client’s communication needs and collaborate with Parthenon’s creative team to deliver effective content. She works closely with clients to understand their company and their communications goals, and then helps them develop tools to best meet those goals, shepherding projects from conception to completion.
Before joining Parthenon Publishing, Maggie was the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for DevDigital, a Nashville-based web design, app development and social media agency.
Previously she held the positions of Social Media Director for Menaji Skincare and Account Executive for Brynn Bagot Public Relations in Dallas.
A Nashville native who earned a degree in Journalism from Southern Methodist University, Maggie enjoys traveling, live music and spending time with her dog, Dolly.
Q&A
Greatest fear as a child?
Witches. I think I watched Hocus Pocus a few too many times.
What is your favorite thing about Nashville?
Its ability to blend culture and creativity while still maintaining sincere Southern hospitality.
What is your favorite place to visit?
Somewhat regularly: Southern California, for the beach and laid-back vibe; favorite place that I’ve ever been to is Florence, Italy, for the food, history and culture.
Favorite book of all time?
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
What talent would you most like to have?
To be able to sing—well. I do it anyway, but it’s absolutely terrible.
What three words describe you best?
Genuine. Ambitious. Creative.
Hidden talent:
I’m not sure that it’s a talent—more of a quirk, really—but I’ve been walking on my tip-toes for as long as anyone can remember. At least it’s made me a champ at wearing heels.
