Even when the ultimate goal is clear, the route that gets you there may be confusing. Nicole’s expertise in business and communications strategy helps clients find the best and most efficient path to get their message across.

With 12 years of experience in marketing, communications and business strategy, Nicole has successfully directed media campaigns for a variety of companies and causes. As marketing director at Nashville’s Baptist Hospital, she oversaw marketing strategy, mass media marketing, web and internal and external communications. Nicole has worked for advertising and design agencies in Atlanta, Birmingham and Memphis. During the dot-com boom, she managed the branding strategy for a national eLearning and corporate training company.

Prior to joining Saint Thomas Health Services/Baptist Hospital, Nicole earned her MBA in strategy and entrepreneurial studies from the University of Tennessee and ran her own marketing and consulting business.
