Developing a website involves a number of experts, all of whom must deliver on time and as specified. Chrissy makes this happen. As the Director of Team Operations, she ensures that the entire project is scoped and mapped out thoroughly, and that adequate resources are consistently dedicated to the project to meet all deadlines.
Chrissy previously worked at echo, a Ticketmaster Entertainment company where she oversaw the creative department's workflow and coordinated projects across the entire company. She specialized in tailoring the most effective and talented teams for each project and spearheaded standardizations to improve operations efficiency while working with over 250 clients. Chrissy earned a Bachelor of Science in recording industry from Middle Tennessee State University and a double minor in mass communications and entertainment technology.
