Heather Ebert has joined Parthenon as a Senior Account Manager. Most recently, Ebert served as Marketing Communications Manager for the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C., where she managed the school's publications and Web site content. She previously spent several years working for loyal marketing and special events agencies in San Francisco and Tahoe, and wrote public relations materials and managed e-mail campaigns for Law.com in San Francisco. Ebert received her bachelor's degree with honors from Vanderbilt University.

Parthenon welcomes Laura Pack as an Account Manager/Writer. Pack was most recently an editorial assistant for Glamour magazine in New York, where her duties included editing pages and managing contributor contracts and payments. Prior to that, she edited Metro Valley magazine for COMAR Publications in Charleston, W.Va., and contributed to the company's other publications. While earning her B.S. in Journalism at the University of Tennessee, Pack was managing editor of the campus newspaper.

Kristen Steele has joined Parthenon Publishing as Content Management Associate. A recent graduate of University of Tennessee/Knoxville, Steele opened her own photography business and designed a website for the company. She also worked at the public relations firm Mary Beth West Consulting, writing and editing press releases and managing events for non-profit development campaigns.
